About the Role
As our Head Chef, you will be the engine room of our kitchen and a key driver of service excellence. You will:
* Champion food quality, consistency, safety, and presentation
* Create amazing theme nights and special event.
* Lead, inspire, and train a dedicated kitchen team
* Collaborate with Exec Chef to drive menu development, seasonal innovation, and operational improvements.
* Manage cost controls, stock, rosters, and kitchen efficiencies.
* Maintain the highest culinary standards in every plate that leaves the pass
* Maintain the highest hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards.
* Have an outstanding knowledge and application of all things safety.
* Foster a culture of pride, professionalism, and teamwork
