Support Workers – Disability Services
Casual & Part-Time | SCHADS Level 2.1–2.4
Provide empowering, person-centred support to participants with physical, psychosocial, or intellectual disabilities. Assist with daily living, community access, personal care, and life skills in line with trauma-informed and inclusive practice.
What you’ll need:
Compassion and reliability
Interest or experience in disability or mental health
Availability across a 7-day rotating roster between 6am–9pm
NDIS Intake & Operations Support Officer
Join our admin and operations team to support the backbone of NDIS service delivery. This role focuses on supporting staff rostering and timesheets, coordinating social media and assisting with participant intake and compliance.
What you’ll be doing:
Coordinating daily and weekly rosters across our NDIS program
Verifying staff timesheets for billing and payroll
Managing social media and coordinating with teams for content
Assisting with intake and compliance data, audits, and records
Supporting new staff onboarding and administrative systems
What you’ll bring:
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Familiarity with rostering, client management systems, or a willingness to learn
Confidence in handling sensitive participant information
Experience in disability, community services, or admin (ideal but not essential)

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS (ALL ROLES)
Australian Driver’s Licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
NDIS Worker Screening Check & NSW Working with Children Check
Completion of the NDIS Orientation Module (free online)
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
National Criminal Record Check
Proof of Australian working rights
Willingness to complete mandatory training (e.g. child safety, infection control, medication support if applicable)
