Inside Account Managers x 3 As an Inside Account Manager you'd be joining a fun, collaborative team of inside specialists and approx 30 other inside account managers who provide outstanding service to 8000 of their IT vendors, resellers, systems integrators and technology organisations. It's an inbound telephone based position with a focus on accurate "first time" advice and generating customer quotes based on client needs ensuring they get competitive and accurate pricing. For this you will be trained to utilise vendor configuration tools to build quotes for custom notebooks, desktops and networking solutions working with industry-leading IT vendors to apply for special pricing requests when necessary. To be effective in this role you would need to detail oriented, be accurate, helpful and have outstanding 'customer first' skills as well as being a team player who can collaborate with external BDMs, vendors, product managers, and internal teams to support your end-to-end sales processes. We are keen to see: 2 years work experience ideally involving inbound / outbound telephone calls Experience in customer service/account management An interest in technology, keen to learn and forge a career in this space Ability to work with speed in a fast paced environment Attention to detail, can form strong relationships with customers and business savvy Able to travel by car or public transport into Cronulla Salary on Offer Great base super commissions accelerators to overachieve and earn more!
