About the Role
As a detail-driven Sales Coordinator, you will support our Sales Executives in their daily activities, ensuring seamless execution of tasks. You will be responsible for coordinating property listings and marketing efforts, managing contracts, and keeping track of documents and information.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Coordinate property listings and marketing, including advertising bookings, vendor liaison, and document preparation (Contracts, Offer Packs, Brochures, Signboards)
* Manage listing and contract data in VaultRE, ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Order necessary property reports (Landgate, ASIC, DBYD) and track marketing funds
* Liaise with vendors, buyers, agents, and settlement teams to ensure smooth transactions from listing to settlement
* Monitor trust ledgers, request commission payments, and finalise advertising and settlement documentation
* Provide general admin support including reception cover, filing, REIWA forms, and assistance to Sales Executives and the marketing team
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Real Estate administration experience essential
