As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in facilitating seamless interactions between customers and our service technicians for all their parts needs. This involves a diverse range of tasks, including sales, receiving, and delivery of parts, as well as attachments and merchandise.
With your expertise and dedication, you will ensure that our customers receive the highest level of support and satisfaction, while also facilitating the smooth operation of our service department.
Responsibilities Will Include:
* Supporting service technicians with parts
* Promotion and sales of products and/or services
* Handling parts sales and enquiries
* Placing stock orders
* Providing parts advice
* Receipting shipments and assisting with delivery to inventory locations
* Maintaining merchandise displays
* Facilitating inter-branch stock transfers
* Following up on back orders and stock shortages
* Performing administrative and ad hoc duties as required
