The Location is Sandbrook, a 109 bed residential aged care facility located in Burleigh Waters, near the beautiful beaches of the Gold Coast.
The Role
As a Personal Care Worker, you’ll provide assistance to our residents, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their wellbeing, independence, interests and choices.
- Provide high quality, safe, and timely contemporary personal care; assisting with the functions of daily living according to the individual needs of residents.
- Support and care for residents as they age, and assisting them to maintain their independence and live with dignity, self-determination and comfort.
- Assist the resident with self-care needs, safe mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.
- Join a caring community with opportunities to progress your career in nursing or leadership.
- Ensure an effective and consumer focused care and service delivery for all residents

To Be Successful, You Will Have
- Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual support
- Experience in care role highly regarded
- Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
- NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
- Flu vaccinations (or willingness to obtain)
- Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination
