Employment Type: Part-time - Fixed term 12 months - 30 hours a week
Pay: $27.65 - $31.34 per hour depending on qualification

As a Cook at Goodstart, you'll create delicious, healthy meals that fuel young minds and bodies, becoming a cherished part of our community. Your passion for food and commitment to quality will play a crucial role in shaping the daily experiences of the children in our care.
In this role, you will:
* Ensure the safety of children by preparing meals to account for special dietary requirements and allergies
* Use your creativity and organisational skills to plan the menu and order food supplies in consultation with the Centre Director
* Maintain high standards of food safety by ensuring all storage, handling and preparation of food and drinks is hygienic

Our centre is a vibrant and welcoming 90-place facility, designed to cater to children from 3 months to 5 years. With 6 spacious rooms, each thoughtfully arranged to support the developmental needs of young children, we offer a nurturing and stimulating environment.
Conveniently located, our centre boasts an on-site carpark with ample parking, ensuring easy access for families. Our team is a beautiful blend of cultures, including Australian, Nepali, Indian, and Chinese backgrounds, bringing a wealth of diversity to our community.

You'll need:
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or experience cooking within a childcare setting
* Current NSW Working with Children Check
