Primary Responsibilities
* Develop and manage operational processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective field and client timelines
* Communicate and supervise client and field priorities
* Ensure agreed timelines are adhered to between client and field team
* Facilitate effective communication between client and field team to meet desired outcomes
* Work closely with the Program Manager to develop and implement minimum reporting standards
* Identify patterns and risks in data and provide insights to the Account Manager
* Manage the web‐based reporting site
* Present analysis and recommendations on program improvement opportunities
* Prioritise tasks and manage time effectively to drive personal productivity
* Assist with ad‐hoc management/client requests where needed (store visits/follow up)
* Handle client queries with urgency, thoroughness and professionalism in follow‐up and communication
* Show resilience and perseverance when confronted by challenges and setbacks
* Radiate positivity to influence, build and drive effective relationships
About You
* Previous experience in a Client or Sales Coordinator role is desired
* Previous field or retail experience will be highly regarded
* Ability to resolve issues, adapt to change and refine processes
* Strong IT skills (MS Office, especially Excel)
* Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
* High level of written and oral communication skills
* Robust attention to detail
Additional Information
* Location: require to look after stores in ACT and surrounding areas
* Work arrangement: at least 3 days in office with 1 day at Coles Head Office on Monday
