Job Title: Commercial Manager
About the Role
With headquarters interstate and a client base across the country, this multi-site operational business is expanding its reach from strength to strength. Consolidated growth over previous years plus ambitious plans to capitalise on success have created opportunities for a driven & hungry Commercial Manager to add to the strategic plan and shape future business decisions.
This person will report into the CFO with a dotted line to the GM on the East Coast.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and direct the commercial strategy to meet both business & customer KPI's
* Manage commercial agreements, pricing function & margin analysis
* Collaborate with various divisions to pull together project deliverables, customer metrics & any compliance/contract obligations
* Investigate trends, scenario analysis/business cases, long-term planning and insights analysis
* Review risk analysis/mitigation and present this information to both the CFO & GM
About You
You will be a degree qualified professional with a CA/CPA and 10+ years of commercial experience in complex & operational businesses. You will possess refined business partnering skills to support non-finance stakeholders. Results-focused, you will understand how to drive performance and change, as well as be on the front foot with ideas/insights to further strengthen the organisation's success.
