The Opportunity:
We're looking for a passionate and results‐driven Sales Specialist to drive sales growth and market penetration of our anaesthesia and patient monitoring solutions across VIC/TAS public and private hospitals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong customer relationships, enjoys working in clinical environments, and is eager to make a meaningful impact in healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive sales growth and market penetration of anaesthesia and patient monitoring solutions across VIC/TAS public and private hospitals.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers to secure new business.
* Promote and demonstrate new products, coordinating trials and in‐services with Clinical Applications Specialists.
* Provide clinical support in environments such as operating theatres, ensuring proper use and adoption of equipment.
* Prepare tailored proposals and quotations that address customer needs and support decision‐making.
* Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, service, logistics) to deliver seamless customer experiences.
* Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge to refine sales strategy.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
* Minimum 4 years' experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in an acute care or medical device environment.
* An anaesthetic nursing or technician background is highly regarded.
* Strong knowledge of the VIC/TAS healthcare landscape and existing customer relationships.
Skills & Attributes:
* A proactive and professional approach with excellent communication skills.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities.
* Analytical thinking with a strategic and results‐driven mindset.
* Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.

Qualifications:
