You will perform both scheduled and emergency service work, including the disassembly, overhaul, repair, testing, and inspection of a variety of Xylem systems and products.**Duties*** Service, repair and overhaul pump sets and related equipment* Install, test and commission pumps to operational standards before dispatch* Communicate expert service advice to customers and internal teams* Prepare and maintain accurate service records and documentation**Skiles & Experience*** Trade qualification — fitter and turner, mech fitter, mechanic, small engine mechanic or electrical trades (essential)* Prior workshop or field service experience in a similar mechanical role* Exposure to pump systems or heavy mechanical equipment (preferred)* MR licence and forklift ticket (desirable)* Strong attention to detail and customer communication skills**Culture**At Xylem, our purpose-driven culture is focused on solving water challenges through innovation and collaboration.
