Our client is a family-owned, corporate mixed-farming enterprise. This progressive and expanding operation comprises 5 farms across the Young, Harden & Cootamundra districts: totalling 6,900 hectares in a high rainfall area.
The aggregation runs:
2,100 ha cropping wheat & canola
10,000 ewes, self-replacing Merinos & 1st cross
900 breeders Angus (with some Wagyu)

In this position, you will manage the company's assets and enterprises across the aggregation utilising your exceptional organisational and leadership abilities. This role will require a comprehensive understanding of the commercial management of a large-scale farming enterprise. It will also require extensive experience in team management and the capability to guide a team of dedicated staff.
Your business acumen - and commercial experience - will be reflected in your analytical skills, financial literacy, digital competence, and reporting accuracy.
