About the Business

Due to continued project wins, we are seeking experienced and motivated Civil Labourers to join our local teams.

About the Role
You will support a wide range of civil construction activities across roadworks, subdivisions, drainage and earthworks projects. Working alongside skilled operators and supervisors, this is a hands‑on role on fast‑paced and rewarding projects.
Key Duties
* General labouring on civil construction sites
* Assisting with trenching, conduit installation, pit installation and pipe laying
* Concreting, backfilling and compacting
* Spotting for plant and machinery
* Operating small plant and tools (where ticketed)
* Contributing to a safe, efficient and productive work environment
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in civil construction or a similar role
* Construction Industry White Card (mandatory)
* Strong commitment to safety and following procedures
* Reliable transport and excellent attendance
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Ability to work effectively in a team
Desirable (but not essential)
* MR licence
* Plant tickets such as Roller, Skid Steer, Excavator
* Traffic Control accreditation
Additional Information
* Previous experience assisting with trenching for conduit laying and pit installation is highly regarded
* Applicants must be available for some shift work
* Pre‑employment medical required prior to commencement
