We proudly supply French butter croissants, artisan breads, pastries, muffins, donuts, gourmet delicacies such as caviar and foie gras, premium pastry ingredients, and convenient ready-to-eat solutions.
We have an exciting opportunity for a SalesAccount Manager to join our WA sales team, starting in July 2026. This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday position.
Your customer portfolio will mainly include fine dining restaurants, hotels, retailers, cafés, and bakeries/patisseries.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
* Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with business owners, managers, and retail staff.
* Contribute to marketing and promotional initiatives to drive client sales.
* Provide training to retail teams on product knowledge and sales techniques.
* Monitor competitor activity and implement proactive strategies to remain competitive.
About you
* You are passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating positive customer experiences.
* You are comfortable managing longer sales cycles and nurturing leads over time.
* You have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy connecting with clients at all levels.
* You have proven experience managing multiple accounts or projects with strong attention to detail.
* You are highly organized with excellent time management and can work autonomously while visiting clients.
* You are self-motivated and thrive when working independently with minimal supervision.
* A Diploma in Sales, Business, or equivalent experience is required.
* French language skills are highly regarded but not essential.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with ERP, CRM and sales reporting platforms.
* Applicants must have full and unrestricted working rights in Australia.
* A passion for food is a bonus.
