About the role

As the Office Manager at DASH in Lismore, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office and ensuring the smooth running of the business. This full-time role is integral to the success of the company, providing strategic and proactive support to the team.

What you'll be doing

- Managing all administrative functions, including overseeing office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Coordinating schedules, travel arrangements, and meetings
- Maintaining and updating financial records, invoicing, and other bookkeeping tasks
- Overseeing the work of administrative support staff and providing guidance and training as needed
- Implementing and enforcing office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing new systems as necessary

What we\'re looking for

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar office management or administrative role
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with a variety of stakeholders
- Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office and accounting software
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and systems
