About the Role - We're looking for a Property & Asset Manager to help deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to creating welcoming spaces.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Providing warm and professional welcomes to all customers and visitors
* Assisting and directing customers according to their requests
* Ensuring Front of House areas are always presentable and reporting any issues that require attention
* Offering hotel-style concierge and lifestyle services administration, including transportation and travel arrangements, restaurant bookings, event bookings and tickets, and conference room facilities
* Serving as the ultimate host or co-host of community engagement events and initiatives
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service focus, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. They should be able to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment while meeting performance targets.
