Key Responsibilities:
* Owning the sales strategy for the region, including volume targets, margin setting and customer planning
* Maintaining high levels of customer interaction with a focus on delivering market-leading service and support
* Identifying new business opportunities, developing and commercializing new customers and navigating the sales process to achieve win-win outcomes
* Collaborating closely with local staff, sales teams and industry stakeholders to build a supportive network
Requirements:
* Demonstrated sales experience with technical expertise in welding and fabrication highly valued
* A strong desire to serve customers, motivation to deliver daily activity and passion for sales
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, personal presentation and ability to work independently
* A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively
