Key Responsibilities:
Develop requirements that impact multiple systems and functional areas
Facilitate meetings and workshops to achieve outcomes based on the provided agenda .
Utilize a variety of Business Analysis tools and techniques .
Develop use case documentation
Work with Atlassian tools including Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Jira .
Understand the complete project management lifecycle and solution design .
Develop business relationships resulting in the delivery of cost-effective solutions
Work in a matrix organization structure
Engage in Business Process Re-engineering
Produce clear and concise written material and complex documents .
Qualifications:
Experience in a Telecommunications environment is highly desirable.
Experience in Agile methods and tools
Certified Project Manager or demonstrated experience in Project Management .
Tertiary qualifications in IT or a business-related discipline or relevant IT/Business experience .
Experience in developing data quality uplift, data ownership, stewardship, and business metadata
