We are currently seeking Registered Nurses with a minimum of 2 years' experience in Angiography/Cath Lab to join our friendly and welcoming Angiography/Cath Lab at SJG Bunbury Hospital.
SJG Bunbury angiogram suite is state of the art and performs cardiac and minor vascular procedures. It is supported by a team of highly skilled doctors and other caregivers who provide the best patient care both to elective and emergency patients. The Angio Team is close knit, dedicated and highly skilled in their areas working with skilled cardiologists, surgeons and anaesthetists using the best modern equipment to provide our patients with a high-quality perioperative journey.

Reporting to the Angiography Clinical Nurse, the Registered Nurse – Angiography/Cath Lab conducts Operating Suite nursing practice in accordance with Australian College of Operating Room Nurses Standards and Competencies and works within the mission and values of St John of God Health Care.
The role is offered on a Permanent full-time basis, working 38 hours per week.
The Position:
* Conducts nursing practice in accordance with Australian College of Operating Room Nurses Standards and Competencies.
* Takes a clinical workload as appropriate in accordance with the rosters and allocations.
* Acts as the team leader as necessary.
* Promotes and assists development of colleagues' standards of nursing practice.
* Works professionally within all Legislative and Government requirements.
* Assists with submissions for changes to clinical practice and purchase of new equipment.
* Assists the Clinical Nurse Manager and Area Manager in the formulation and revision of Clinical Practice Policies, Procedures and Guidelines.
* Liaises with the Clinical Nurse Manager and Area Manager regarding ongoing education of all Staff within the Operating Suite.
You will hold current registration with Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years' clinical Cath Lab/Angiograph experience and demonstrated commitment to quality patient care and satisfaction, along with well-developed interpersonal and relationship building skills.
To succeed in this position, you will have the ability to uphold the Australian College of Operating Room Nurses (ACORN) and Australian Nursing Council Incorporated (ANCI) Standards and Competencies. You will possess change management and clinical problem-solving skills, with demonstrated clinical experience in nursing, conflict resolution and well-developed verbal and written communication skills.

* Salary: $79,755 to $102,048 per annum, plus 12% superannuation
* Permanent full-time position, working 38 hours a week.
