Job Description
We're looking for a seasoned professional to own the customer relationship and drive success from onboarding through to renewal.
You'll be the trusted advisor, helping customers transform their construction operations while building lasting partnerships.
As you progress in your role, you'll start in our customer support team, learning the product and understanding our customers' usage patterns before commencing your day-to-day success responsibilities.
The Role
* Manage a portfolio of accounts, driving adoption, retention and growth
* Lead customer onboarding journeys, ensuring smooth implementation and quick time-to-value
* Conduct regular business reviews to track health and identify expansion opportunities
* Proactively identify at-risk accounts and implement retention strategies
* Partner with customers to understand their goals and map solutions to their needs
* Create and deliver training content that helps customers maximise their return on investment
* Collaborate with Product on customer feedback to influence the roadmap
* Use data and analytics to drive customer success metrics (adoption, engagement, net promoter score)
