About The Role Step into a vibrant leadership role where your culinary skills, operational know-how, and people-first mindset will shine. As a key member of the site’s leadership team, you’ll partner with the Site Operations Manager to oversee Hospitality Services, covering food, cleaning, and laundry for our residential care home located at Mt Barker in the beautiful Adelaide Hills. You’ll lead by example, using your expertise and passion to drive excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement across all hospitality functions. Join a dynamic network of Chef Managers and collaborate to craft nutritious meals, deliver seamless service, and enhance resident wellbeing. Your Responsibilities Will Include Managing food safety, chemical safety, and workplace safety complianceOverseeing stock management, including submission & receipting of purchase ordersPreparing menus in collaboration with Eldercare’s dietitianLead & manage the Hospitality Team, including recruitment, rostering, performance management, and staff training With systems in place to support food safety, menu planning, workforce management, and budget control, you’ll have the tools and the team to make a meaningful impact every day.
