We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, passionate and motivated Store Manager to lead the team in our Port Macquarie Store
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for representing ASN values and helping the team have the highest level of care for the store. You will be active in the community and passionate about helping your customers and your team reach their potential
About the Role
As the Store Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the team consistently maintains the highest standard of care for the store. You will be active in the community and passionate about helping your customers and your team reach their potential
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and effective running of the store
* Monitor and ensure high levels of customer service
* Develop, train, and motivate your team to increase productivity
* Drive sales to meet store budget and targets
* Develop strategies and processes to ensure continuous improvement
* Engage in local marketing and networking to boost sales
* Manage day-to-day operations including financials and inventory
About You
You are passionate about the fitness and health industry, bringing with you experience in retail management (preferred). As a standout sales professional, you are results-oriented and have a proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs. You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have a hunger for success. A qualification in Nutrition, Sports Nutrition, or Naturopathy is a plus, but not essential.
