Overview
Nextt is seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to provide daily personal care and household support for clients in Merewether and surrounding Newcastle suburbs. This role involves assisting with hoist transfers, bowel and catheter care, meal preparation, and transport.

Shifts Available
* Monday – Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
* Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM
* Evenings: Monday – Sunday: 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM

* Documentation and reporting
Requirements
* Experience in disability or aged care (preferred)
* Reliable, flexible, and compassionate
* Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Pay Rates (SCHADS Award E3.1 Casual)
* Base: $35.15/hr
* Afternoon: $38.67/hr
* Active Night: $39.37/hr
* Saturday: $49.21/hr
* Sunday: $63.27/hr
* Public Holiday: $77.33/hr
