We are working with an owner/developer builder that delivers a mix of multi-level residential and housing projects.
A very unique opportunity has become available for an experienced Estimator / Site Supervisor to join their team. This role would suit someone with a carpentry background who has moved into estimating, or an experienced Site Supervisor looking to split their time between office-based estimating and on-site delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparing estimates, costings and quotes for upcoming projects
* Completing take-offs and managing pricing for multi-residential and housing builds
* Overseeing day‐to‐day site activities, coordinating trades and suppliers
* Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards
* Managing variations and cost tracking throughout the build
* Liaising with internal stakeholders across development and construction
* Supporting projects from pre‐construction through to completion
To Be Considered
* Experience as a Site Supervisor, Estimator or hybrid background
* Strong understanding of residential and/or multi-residential construction
* Ability to read plans, complete take-offs and prepare cost estimates
* Confident managing trades and site operations
* Strong organisational and communication skills
