Senior / Associate Environmental Consultant (Contaminated Land) to step into a Sydney team that has a delivery capacity problem.
This isn't a replacement hire. It's growth driven by volume. Right now, there are projects sitting there with no one to hand them to.
If you're someone who enjoys delivery, solving problems, and running multiple jobs – you'll be busy from day one.
The Role
You'll take ownership of multiple contaminated land projects, delivering across infrastructure, development, waste and industrial sectors.
* Manage and deliver multiple CLM projects concurrently
* Lead PSI / DSI, remediation and validation works
* Oversee subcontractors, field programs and reporting
* Interface with clients and internal specialists
* Step up into more complex projects as experience allows
Projects include:
* Resource recovery orders for major industrial sites
* Asbestos and contaminated land works on major road upgrades
* Rapid PSI/DSI for high-density residential developments
* SW Sydney construction and build-phase management
* Inland Rail (multi-location delivery across NSW)
* Water recycling and recovery projects

This is a big, high-performing team – circa 30 in CLM, ~100 in the wider Sydney office.

What You'll Bring
* 6–15 years' experience in contaminated land consulting
* Strong project delivery capability across PSI/DSI/remediation
* Comfortable managing multiple jobs at once
* Solid reporting and client communication skills
* Hydrogeology exposure a bonus, not essential
