The Operational Policy, Audit and Compliance Officer plays a crucial role in supporting the continuous improvement of Child Youth Protection Services.
This position is responsible for developing and implementing policies and practice guidance to enhance staff performance and service delivery.
* Undertake audits to identify areas for improvement and develop effective operational policies and procedures.
* Develop and implement policies and practice guidance to meet statutory requirements and improve service outcomes.
* Contribute to the work of audit and compliance teams to achieve team goals.
To be eligible for this role, candidates must have:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience working with children, young people, and their carers or families.
* A current driver's license.
Desirable qualifications include:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in social work, psychology, social welfare, social science, or related disciplines.
* A good working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint online.
* Previous program management experience to achieve team outcomes.
