Responsibilities
* Provide services to families including comprehensive family assessment, monitoring growth and development of young children, education and support for parents, immunisations and referrals when necessary.
* Engage with families early to support positive health outcomes for children, families and the wider community.
* Contribute to the core goal of healthier rural people and thriving communities as part of the Child and Family Health team.
Qualifications
Registered Nurse with Child & Family Health Practice and Competency standards; able to work as part of a team and contribute to patient care.
