About the Role:
As Site Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind your site’s success. Leading from the front, you’ll ensure your team delivers outstanding customer service, maintain operational standards, and keep everything running smoothly day-to-day. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where your leadership will shape the store’s culture and performance.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing all aspects of site operations, from stock control and cash management to merchandising and presentation
* Driving a strong culture of safety, compliance, and customer service
* Leading your team to meet and exceed sales and operational targets
* Identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and deliver strong commercial outcomes
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous leadership experience in retail or hospitality (fuel or convenience highly regarded but not essential)
* A natural leader who leads by example and creates a positive, high-performing team culture
* Strong operational skills with a focus on compliance, detail, and problem-solving
* High energy, adaptable, and driven to succeed
