We are currently seeking a Sales Consultant to join our Bundoora office, so if you are looking to embark on an exciting career in the thriving real estate industry, we want to hear from you.
As a Sales Consultant Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Conducting door knocking activities and arranging appointments with potential clients.
* Making cold calls and database calls to generate leads and expand the client base.
* Assisting in the preparation of listing kits and executing marketing strategies for properties.
* Assisting with building inspection, private inspections, property photography appointments.
* Maintaining and updating the database to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information.
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients, answering enquiries, and addressing concerns.
* Assisting at auctions, open houses, and property inspections to support the sales process.
* Actively participating in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

You will also require the following qualifications, skills, and attributes for the Sales Consultant position:
* Passion for the real estate industry, with a genuine interest in property and sales.
* Possession of an Agent Representative Certificate
* Full-time availability to commit to the demands of the position.
* Ownership of a car and a valid driver's license.
* Positive attitude, driven mindset, and an eagerness to learn and grow within the real estate field.
* Ability to thrive under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and effectively manage workflow and priorities.
* Exceptional work ethic demonstrated by a combination of accuracy, efficiency, initiative, and enthusiasm.
* Strong customer service focus with a positive and can-do attitude, ensuring clients' needs are met and exceeded.
