About the role
This is a FULL TIME PERMANENT role (annual leave / RDO's)
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Advanced/Intermediate Scaffolder to join our growing team at Oldfields Scaffolding SA&WA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality scaffolding services for a range of construction projects in the Regency Park, SA 5010 area.
What you'll be doing
* Leading by example
* Running small teams
* Erecting, altering, and dismantling scaffolding structures to support construction activities
* Ensuring all scaffolding work meets relevant safety standards and regulations
* Collaborating with estimators / project managers to deliver seamless scaffolding solutions
* Proactively identifying and addressing any scaffolding-related issues on site
* Providing guidance and support to less experienced scaffolding team members
* Being a leader (lead by example)
What we're looking for
* Minimum 3 years' experience as an Advanced/Intermediate Scaffolder.
* Ability to read and interpret scaffolding plans and drawings
* Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Natural born leader of men
* Committed to maintaining a safe and professional work environment
* Hold a valid driver's licence and White Card/Construction Induction Card
