part-time Digital Project Manager
to help keep delivery sharp and operations running smoothly as we scale.
About the role
As a small consulting agency working predominantly remotely, this is a great opportunity for someone early in their PM career or for parents returning to work and looking for flexibility.
You'll manage MarTech and data projects end-to-end, while also supporting light operational activities that keep a small consultancy running effectively. This is a hands-on role with real ownership. We work flexibly in how and when work gets done, and we care about outcomes over hours.
What you'll do
* Manage digital and MarTech projects end-to-end (planning, timelines, risks, delivery)
* Coordinate internal teams and external partners
* Track budgets, milestones, and resourcing
* Support operational tasks (process improvement, tooling, reporting)
* Bring structure and momentum to a fast-moving consultancy environment
What we're looking for
* Experience as a Digital or Technical Project Manager (or strong project coordination experience)
* Comfortable working across MarTech, data, or digital platforms
* Strong organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills
* A self-starter who enjoys autonomy and ownership
