Requirements:
* Previous experience working in a fashion retailer or customer service environment is highly desirable but not essential
* A genuine passion for interacting with customers and delivering exceptional customer service
* The ability to understand customer needs and create memorable experiences
* A positive attitude and enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced retail environment
* Passion for all things fashion and interest in our products
* Confidence to work in a dynamic retail environment
* Availability to work extended trading hours, weekends, and public holidays during the festive season
