This role is an entry-level position that focuses on delivering excellent customer service and providing product information to plumbers and other tradespeople. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in accessing the products they need for building and renovation projects, as well as undertaking tasks that maintain the branch's efficiency.
* Providing customer service and product information
* Issuing quotes both in person and over the phone
* Participating in pick packing and stock control activities
