**Responsibilities**:
- l Responsible for the recruitment and selection process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- l Generate and maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all HR-related information.
- l Coordinate and schedule new employee orientation programs and cope with the on-boarding processes.
- l Process employee documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination paperwork.
- l Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
- l Help with the payroll processing by collecting and verifying timesheets, updating employee records, and addressing payroll inquiries.
- l Maintaining HR policies and procedures as required, and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- l Support employee relations activities by responding to employee inquiries, addressing concerns, and maintaining positive employee relations.
- l Organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.
- l Collaborate with the HR team in various HR projects and initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- l Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Relevant HR certifications are a plus.
- l Previous experience in an HR assistant or similar role is desirable.
- l Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws and regulations.
- l Proficient in using MS Office Suite.
- l Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- l Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining employee records and handling confidential information.
- l Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- l Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
- l Problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle employee inquiries and resolve issues.
- l Strong ethics and integrity in handling sensitive employee information.
- l Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
