NW Mining & Civil are seeking several trade qualified and experienced mining electricians for ongoing maintenance work at a local Mt Isa mine site, commencing Jan 2026.
You will be carrying out installation, repair & maintenance work within a lead environment on the mine so must be willing to be clean shaven and wear a respirator for your shift.
12hr shifts, both days & nights required, $55/hr flat rate.
Roster will be 3 weeks on, 2 weeks off, accommodation and a meal allowance provided while on shift. Local Mt Isa applicants are preferred, but flights are available from Brisbane, Townsville or Cairns.

* QLD Electrical licence
* Current LRV/CPR (within 12 months)
* Current working at heights & confined space (within 2 years)
* High risk EWP and/or Forklift would be highly regarded
* You must be willing to work in lead areas of the mine, which includes being clean shaven every day & wearing a respirator
* Must be able to pass a pre employment medical and D&A testing
