Our client is a long-established boutique accounting and financial services firm with over 25 years in the industry, known for its strong reputation, collaborative team and supportive culture. The firm prides itself on building long-term relationships with clients across regional Queensland, ranging from large businesses and rural enterprises to retirees.
They are now seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to provide high-quality bookkeeping support, including reconciliations, payroll, BAS, financial reporting and assisting with SMSF administration.
The ideal candidate will bring previous bookkeeping experience within an accounting firm or business services environment, strong attention to detail and proficiency with accounting software. A diploma or certificate-level qualification in bookkeeping or accounting will be highly regarded, as will experience across MYOB and Xero. Excellent communication and a proactive approach with clients are essential to succeed in this role.
