We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chef De Partie to contribute to our culinary success in a dynamic kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:
* Plan menus, estimate costs, and manage food supplies
* Oversee staff performance, training, and supervision
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen
* Coordinate deliveries, inventory, and stock management
* Prepare meal items efficiently and ensure presentation is exceptional
* Develop and maintain a positive professional approach with staff and customers
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience as a Chef De Partie
* Qualification as a Chef with a diploma or higher
