About the role:
* Supporting the team with the end-to-end weekly and fortnightly payroll
* Manage payroll queries, building strong internal stakeholder relationships
* Partnering with People & Culture on terminations, leave liabilities, and reporting
* Ensuring compliance with taxation, superannuation / kiwi saver, legislation and internal policies
About you:
* 3 years' payroll experience in Australia
* Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, tax, and interpreting EA agreements and awards
* Excellent communication skills
* NZ payroll knowledge is highly desirable
* Micropay or Dayforce experience is highly regarded
