You'll be working closely with our operational team to ensure the highest standards of quality, compliance, and project performance, while gaining hands-on experience across a range of construction activities including earthworks, pipelines, concreting, and building.

About the Role
As a Graduate Project Engineer, you will:
* Support the operational team on all project quality and system requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
* Drive and manage quality assurance documentation to ensure all works meet company and client standards.
* Create and collate QA/QC documentation including:
* Requests for Information (RFI's)
* Non-Conformance Reports (NCR's)
* Inspection Test Plans (ITP's)
* Lot Check Sheets (LCS's)
* Material Data Records (MDR's)
* Handover Dossiers
* Assist with short-term planning, scheduling, and resource allocation in line with project milestones.
* Prepare detailed project reports including daily diaries, lot status registers, and weekly progress summaries.
* Support commercial documentation such as Requests for Variation (RFV's), Extensions of Time (EOT's), Day Work Sheets (DWS's), and Notices of Delay (NoD's).
* Assist with small works estimating and critical procurement of long-lead items.
* Prepare and update redline drawings using software such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, or Adobe Acrobat Pro.
* Undertake other reasonable duties to support the project team as required.

Qualifications & Requirements
* Completed bachelor's degree in civil engineering (or equivalent).
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computing.
* Knowledge and/or experience in the construction and maintenance industry.
* Current Australian Driver's Licence.
* Physically fit and able to work outdoors.
* Willing to undertake a pre-employment medical assessment.
