**SUMMARY**:
You will be the trusted member of FirSyd RCB PE & B&C; sales team driving perfumery & cosmetics ingredients sales growth managing direct key accounts and local PE distributor. Additionally, you will manage fragrance collections and development program in line with business growth plans in partnership with the Singapore creation, marketing, consumer insight and strategic segment innovation teams

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
- RCB & B&C; Sales Growth & Management: Responsible for expanding the consumer brands fragrance business in Australia & New Zealand.
- Business Development: Identify account and segment needs, set targets, and prioritize actions to win new business.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key customer contacts, including brand marketing, R&D;, innovation, procurement, supply chain, and material planning teams.
- Project Management: Drive brief to adoption process by leading teams composed of perfumers, fragrance development, technical consumer insights, and marketing professionals to deliver on business objectives.
- Gross and Commercial Margins Protection: manage profitability of consumer brand fragrance & B&C; segment as per business guidelines.
- Innovation and Strategy: Collaborate with the regional office on innovation plans and potential growth strategies for consumer brand fragrance & Cosmetics segment.
- Marketing and Consumer Insight Collaboration: Work closely with the regional marketing and consumer insight teams to enhance consumer brand fragrance & Cosmetics segment.
- Project Management: Drive brief to adoption process by leading teams composed of perfumers, fragrance development, technical consumer insights, and marketing professionals to deliver on business objectives.
- Fragrance Collection Management: manage in-country fragrance collection and drive fragrance adoption as per service level agreements
- Market Understanding: Understand customers' business operations, product lines, brand strategies, and consumer targets to provide a value-added advantage in managing account plans.
- Report on developments in the market monthly (regulatory, competition, price-levels, new ingredients, distribution channels,)
- Define and implement a strategic account plan. Translate into Financial profitability and goals both strategically and tactically and be accountable for top line profit.
- Manage local distributor's activities and provide support to gain and maintain businesses including regular joint customer visits.
- Build and maintain strong link with regulatory bodies, local Personal Care/Cosmetic Association(s)/Societies as well as links to universities.
**PROFESSIONAL PROFILE**:
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience as a Marketing, Brand, R&D;, and/or Account Manager, preferably in the fragrance or related industries.
- Education: Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Chemistry, or any other relevant discipline.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge in fine fragrances and premium home fragrances is essential.
- Strong Commercial & Interpersonal Skills
- Creative thinker with a proactive and results-driven attitude.
- Ability to be independent as well as lead a cross-functional team in a multicultural environment.
- Highly motivated and a definite self-starter and ability to balance a variety of job duties in their daily work.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with fluent high level technical discussions at a customer level.
- Languages: Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
- Project Management: Strong project management and presentation skills.
- Travel: Ability to travel overseas as required.
