Clinical Administrative Assistant
In this role, you will provide high-quality administrative support to the Trauma Informed Services team, ensuring the smooth operation of the department. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing electronic databases, and performing data entry tasks with accuracy. Your excellent communication and listening skills will enable you to work professionally with all levels of staff and members of the public, maintaining confidentiality and high standards of professionalism.
To succeed in this role, you should have experience in administrative operations and possess strong computer skills. You will work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong time management and prioritization skills. The successful candidate will have a genuine interest in working with people and supporting the well-being of Victim Survivors of sexual assault. They will have the capacity to interact professionally with staff and clients, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate a commitment to the trauma-informed care framework.
