We are seeking a Medical Administration professional to join our dynamic and strong team.

Qualifications & experience

* Technological Expertise: Strong computer literacy with the ability to navigate multiple systems. Experience with medical software, especially Meditrust, is a plus.
* Medical Background: Mandatory experience as a Medical Receptionist / Administrator. Specialist or Anaesthetic experience highly regarded.
* Communication: Exceptional customer service with strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Professionalism: Strict adherence to patient confidentiality.
* Reliability: A functional home office setup with a high-speed, reliable internet connection.
* Soft Skills: A natural problem-solver with an eye for detail and the ability to work independently, with strong time management crucial.

Tasks & responsibilities

* Patient and Surgical Rooms Liaison: Acting as the first point of contact via phone and email, providing a calm and professional experience.
* Data Management: Accurate data entry and electronic record keeping.
* Practice Manager Support: Assisting the Practice Manager with daily administration and support tasks.
* Clinical Coordination: Chasing patient results and liaising with surgeons' rooms and hospitals, assisting specialists with theatre list management and scheduling.
