Job Title: Educator and Learning Mentor

Our Asquith Individualised Mentoring (AIM) Coach initiative is designed to support students in achieving their full potential.
Selection Criteria:
* Approval to teach students with learning and support needs (secondary).
* Ability to identify, assess, and address the diverse needs of learners, including those requiring targeted adjustments to maximise participation and achievement.
* Excellent collaborative and interpersonal skills, demonstrated through building strong partnerships with students, families, colleagues, and external agencies.
* Strong understanding of inclusive practice, curriculum requirements, and departmental policies to lead and support teachers in programming, assessment, and lesson adjustments.
* Ability to facilitate transition programs that promote skill development, engagement, and successful transitions for students into future learning pathways.
