Responsibilities
- Manage two neighbouring stores in Doncaster and Goole, driving income from sales, Gift Aid and promotional activities while raising funds for YMCA.
- Deliver a great store offer and standards, inspiring paid staff and volunteers to deliver excellent customer service.
- Motivate, develop and lead a team in a quick-paced environment; maximise community impact and donations.
Qualifications and experience
- Experience in retail management or equivalent leadership of paid staff and volunteers.
- Strong organisational skills, creativity, commercial awareness and ability to motivate teams.
