Responsibilities
:
1. Drive all aspects of sales including lead generation, relationship building, pipeline management, proposal development, high level solutions design, and pricing
2. Frequently meets with clients in-person and via presentations, matching Fincentric solutions to current and future strategic customer challenges
3. Ensure that accurate forecasting, pipeline management and other sales process / infrastructures are established
4. Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis requires evaluation of a variety of factors including a strong understanding of client need
5. Relationship development and cultivation with key customers and prospects
6. Assist in the management of the entire sales lifecycle of a deal including liaising with senior sales people and client support to provide ongoing support and training to existing clients
7. Assist in customer retention, ensuring customer satisfaction leading up to contract renewals
8. Preparemercial proposals and contracts
9. Negotiate scope,mercial and legal terms in contracts with support
10. Maintain account and contract overviews
Desired qualifications include:
11. Expertise in analyzing clients' needs and requirements, preferably having consultative sales experience
12. Excellent oral and writtenmunication skills; experience presenting to senior stakeholders preferable
13. Familiarity with contract and invoicing processes, from the client perspective
14. Consultative, problem-solving approach to sales/business development, relationships, and solutioning
Job qualifications include:
15. Bachelor's degree and at least seven to ten years equivalent experience, preferably within FinTech, web technology, market data or analytics
16. Client-facing experience in an account management, project management or sales role preferred
17. Experience building relationships with C-level executives
18. Expertise in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Adobe InDesign is a plus
19. Strong time management, organizational and decision-making skills
