The Role
* Collaborate with the enabling-technology leadership team to design, implement and maintain a stable, scalable, optimised, resilient and sustainable architecture both on-premise and off-premise in line with environmental and business targets.
* Assist in the ongoing design, development and efficiency of disaster readiness plans.
* Contribute to the formulation of the Department's infrastructure strategy, budget and delivery goals.
* Provide a consultancy service to support the design of the Department's server, storage, application platforms, core services and inter-operability infrastructure both on-premise and off-premise.
* Promote Enterprise Architecture and Infrastructure section principles and ensure that they applied across all design and implementation activities.
