We are partnering with a public sector organisation to recruit an Administration Support Officer to provide administrative support to the Infrastructure Projects & Assets business unit, specifically within the Engineering and Assets Team. Key Requirements Demonstrated experience in administration and data entry. Strong processing skills and a high level of computer literacy, particularly with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel). Excellent time management and organisational skills. Experience with Technology One (desirable). Essential Experience: Certificate in Business Administration or relevant experience Demonstrated ability in preparation of agendas and minutes for meetings Well-developed time management and organisational skills Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Full Australian working rights and ability to pass a police check
