About BDC Services:
The Role
Utilising a flexible and adaptable approach the key responsibilities of the Service Coordinator include (are to):
- Develop and maintain strong and impactful relationships with customers, vendors and sub-contractor networks
- Liase with customers, suppliers and contractors to coordinate delivery of hardware, and scheduling of onsite works (installation, maintenance and other services)
- Coordination of contractor inductions and SWMS documentation
- Renew contracts and schedule maintenance services ahead of time to reduce risks
- Take ownership of customer issues and following problems through to resolution
- Keep customer service records up to date
- Interpret and action report recommendations from completed services
- Work with customers and sales team to understand customers' future needs
- Identify areas to add value to existing contracts and future sales opportunities
- Scheduling and work allocation experience
- Customer centric approach with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong time management and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to learn and develop skills
- Proposal and quoting experience highly regarded
- Experience with Critical Power, Cooling and IT Infrastructure systems highly regarded
- This position is also open to graduates looking to pursue a career in the IT industry
