Focused on cutting-edge renewable solutions like solar, battery energy storage solutions (BESS), EV chargers, and more, the BtM team empowers customers to electrify their homes and optimize energy use.We’re now looking for a Sales Manager to join this dynamic team and take the lead in driving growth and performance. This is a newly created leadership role where you’ll own the performance and development of our BtM sales function. Your mission: build a high-performing, customer-centric team that converts leads efficiently, delivers value, and scales with our ambitious growth plans.You’ll Be Responsible ForManaging the day-to-day performance of a Managed Service Provider (MSP)Designing and optimising sales processes, scripts, and tools to boost conversion rates and customer experienceManaging lead distribution, sales forecasts, pipeline performance and HubSpot CRM usageDriving sales strategies across inbound, outbound, and online lead channelsCollaborate cross functionally with Marketing, Operations and Product teams to align sales strategy with broader BtM goalsEnsuring compliance, operational efficiency and a consistently great customer experienceQualificationsYou’re a commercially savvy sales leader who thrives in fast-paced, phone-based environments. You’re strategic, organised, and great with people.
