Experienced Horticulture Supervisor
The role of a Horticulture Supervisor involves overseeing a team to maintain and enhance outdoor spaces across various contracts. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for leading your team in tasks such as mowing equipment operation, regular inspections, and lawn maintenance.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of gardeners
* Operate mowing equipment safely and efficiently
* Maintain and perform regular inspections on equipment
* Ensure lawns and green spaces are maintained to a high standard
* Complete service requests as required
* Adhere to safety protocols and procedures

Qualifications and Skills:
* Previous experience in gardening using push and ride-on mowers, brush cutters, hedgers, secateurs, weed control, and spraying
* A valid manual driver's license
* A white card
* Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team or individually
* Punctuality and reliability
* Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
* A strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards
